The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout when you complete your order.

Any applicable shipping charges or other costs will be displayed during checkout where available.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order request but does not necessarily guarantee that the order can be fulfilled.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Sorteva does not intentionally store complete payment card details on its own systems.

Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Sorteva offers a 45-Day Guarantee on eligible purchases.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged or incorrect items are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may also have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Product Availability
